The Firm represents real estate developers, land owners and real estate investors (both institutional and private) in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions. On the developer side, we are involved from land acquisition, through the planning and permitting process, construction financing, permanent financing and/or sale. As to real estate owners and investors, we handle purchase and sale transactions, financing (including construction, permanent and conduit loans), ground leases and leasehold mortgages. Members of the Firm have extensive experience in identifying and solving title and survey issues which arise from time to time in real estate transactions. The Firm also represents commercial clients in leasing matters (both landlord and tenant), including office leases, shopping center leases, long-term ground leases, and all other types of commercial leases.
