Stephen J. Simmons is a shareholder of Mombach, Boyle, Hardin & Simmons, P.A. He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University and was admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1987.
He has served in leadership roles, including President of the Nova Southeastern Law Alumni Association and Vice President of the Entertainment Law Center. He is a member of The Florida Bar, including its Section on Business Law, as well as the Broward County and American Bar Associations.
