Seth A. Kupilik is a shareholder of Mombach, Boyle, Hardin & Simmons, P.A. and a member of the firm’s litigation section, where his practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and business disputes. He has experience representing clients in both state and federal courts in matters involving contract disputes, shareholder and partnership claims, fraud, and business torts.
Mr. Kupilik grew up on the New Jersey shore. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University and received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Rutgers Law School. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a law clerk in the Chancery and Law Divisions of the New Jersey Superior Court in Somerset County, where he managed a multi-county foreclosure docket and assisted in the preparation of more than 1,000 written opinions.
Mr. Kupilik is admitted to practice in both Florida and New Jersey.
